RESUMEN

El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar los tres primeros discursos presidenciales de la Señora Cristina Fernández de Kirchner en relación al conflicto entre el gobierno argentino y el Sector agropecuario desarrollado entre el 10 de marzo al 17 de julio de 2008. Para su comprensión es necesario tener en cuenta tanto, el contexto en el cual fueron producidos los discursos, como la situación del país al inicio del conflicto. Ello permitirá mostrar las marcas comunes en los tres discursos para deducir el contenido ideológico de los mismos. Metodológicamente, y de acuerdo al objetivo planteado, se ha considerado realizar “el Análisis del Discurso” desde la visión de autores como Eliseo Verón y Patrick Charaudeau, quienes enfocan al mismo desde la semiosis social de la comunicación.

Respecto a los resultados obtenidos se señala lo siguiente: en el primer discurso se advierte un marcado nivel confrontativo, con el empleo de continuas expresiones calificativas, expresivas y axiológicas. Se mostró una continua presencia de la “Autoridad”, distanciándose desde el discurso del pro y contradestinatario. El segundo discurso reúne características similares al anterior, pero se aleja de éste respecto al nivel de confrontación, aunque sin desaparecer. Aquí se aprecia la búsqueda de una intención para la solución del conflicto. En el tercer discurso se advierte una convocatoria al diálogo y existe en varios pasajes del discurso, una inclusión del sector en conflicto como parte integrante del pueblo, situación que casi no se dio en los dos anteriores, considerando al campo como el enemigo del pueblo o “antipueblo”.

Los tres discursos responden al típico “discurso Político”, donde un prodestinatario congregado; un paradestinatario espectador y un contradestinatario al que hay que anular para que su protesta pierda legitimidad.

ABSTRACT

The present work has for aim analyze first three Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner’s presidential speeches in relation to the conflict between Argentine government and the farming Sector that developed between March 10 to July 17, 2008. For your comprehension it is necessary to depart from the context in which the speeches were produced, describing the situation of the country in the beginning of the conflict; all that will allow to show the common marks in three speeches to infer the ideological content of the same ones. Methodologically, and in agreement to the raised aim, it has been considered to focus the ” Analysis of the Speech ” from the authors’ vision as Eliseo Verón and Patrick Charaudeau, who point at a vision from the social semiosis of the communication.

As for the principal results the following ones distinguish themselves: in the first speech one warns a marked level confrontational, with the employment of continuous qualifying, expressive and axiológicas expressions . It show a continuous presence of the “Authority”, drifting apart from the speech of the pro and counteraddressee. The second speech re-joins characteristics similar to the previous one, but it moves away from this one with regard to the level of confrontation, though without disappearing. Here it appreciates the search of an intention for the solution of the conflict.

In the third speech one warns a summons to the dialog and exists in several passages of the speech, an incorporation of the sector in conflict as integral part of the village, situation that almost was not given in both previous ones, considering to the field as the enemy of the people or “antipeople”.

Three speeches answer to the typical ” Political speech “, where there is a congregated pro-recipient; a para-recipient spectator and a counter addressee whom it is necessary to annul in order that your protest loses legitimacy.
